The service while we were on the trip was excellent. By email they were readily available for any questions, concerns, needs you might have. Our emails were answered within 5 minutes. Our plane boarding passes were always waiting for us.

Exploration Journey's took the work and stress completely away from us pre-trip and during, enabling us to simply enjoy and share with our family and friends back home as we reflected each day.

Another bonus is that we made lifelong friends of a few of our guides.

We only had one incident of a domestic flight cancellation after we'd been checked in, but it was handled in the middle of the night… Our 3:00 am under door envelope contained new boarding passes and timelines that prevented a complete ruin of our day nor loss of activities at our new location. All of this was completely seamless to us based on EJ's constant monitoring of their client’s flights and activities. I don't think Fred or John ever sleep – their response times were always either immediate or within the hour… There is simply no way I could have rearranged a new flight myself without several unintended consequences and stress.

Can't imagine having gone to Argentina without EJs as our guardian angels. It was such an easy, worry free, enriching trip that we could never had pulled off on our own. We have already referred them to friends/family.

Any question we had was answered promptly and graciously and I always felt like we had someone looking out for us.

When our flight was cancelled and then cancelled again, they found us a flight on a different airline and rescheduled the tour we missed due to the delay.

When we asked to include a private bird guide for a morning and a day trip to Colonia, they made the arrangements and found fantastic guides for us.

What a fabulous trip! I worked with Fred for almost a year, planning an intensive art-based tour of Buenos Aires for 24 museum docents (guides). It was truly a pleasure and a joy to work with Fred over the months. We worked steadily together to develop an amazing itinerary.

Sadly, we got caught up in the travel-chaos of the coronavirus pandemic. What began as an 8 day trip turned into 3 and half and, beginning the day after we arrived, many of the sites on our itinerary were closed to us, including the museums. Fred and his team reworked our itinerary (over and over again as it turned out). Things were changing so rapidly that our tour guides often had to improvise on-the-fly.

Our itinerary, the result of many thoughtful hours of work, was blown all to bits...but our new improvised on-the-fly itinerary proved to be one of the best trips ever for many of us (which is saying a lot as most of this group is well-traveled. I received nothing but positive feedback).
