"Our family travels a lot and we embrace adventure travel experiences. We have used many travel agents over the years and NEVER worked with any as organized, responsive and helpful as Argentina Exploration Journeys. From the initial stages of trying to decide how to use our time and what to see in this large country, to laying out the blueprint for the trip, to filling in all of the many details for our travels, transfers, tours, concerts, tango show, dinners, etc., and through each day while we are in Argentina, we had our travel specialist, Fred, assisting.
The prepared booklet with itinerary, vouchers, and a wide variety of other very helpful information (re local customs, language, currency, tipping, local transportation) was really helpful. Each day while we were on our trip I also received an email from Fred confirming the next day's flights/transfer/tours/dinner reservation, making suggestions and just keeping things moving with precision. Considering that we were 7 people and we had 4 domestic flights and lots of "moving parts," I was amazed that there was not one single snag along the way.
Fred truly went above and beyond for us, arranging tickets for La Bomba de Tiempo, setting us up with Bettina Rizzi for custom leather tailored clothing, upgrading a tour when the previously booked option became unavailable, and in so many other ways. I was very grateful for Fred's assistance in booking dinner reservations (and confirming them each day in advance), and for the helpful chart he sent with all the reservations with times, addresses and other information.
We had a truly amazing time in Argentina, and I can say that this is due to the tremendous dedication and effort of Fred and his team. At the end of each day of our trip, as we toasted the day's adventure with a nice glass of Malbec, our entire family said "Thank you Fred!" to express our gratitude for creating a once in a lifetime Argentina experience.
