Thanks again for making sure we had such a great trip!

This was our first time using a travel company and we are so happy that we did!

Any question we had was answered promptly and graciously and I always felt like we had someone looking out for us.

When our flight was cancelled and then cancelled again, they found us a flight on a different airline and rescheduled the tour we missed due to the delay.

When we asked to include a private bird guide for a morning and a day trip to Colonia, they made the arrangements and found fantastic guides for us.

When we return we will definitely ask Fred and John at Exploration Journeys to help us plan our trip!

Destinations VisitedMendoza, Iguazu Falls, and Buenos Aires.

TRIP REVIEW OF CHRISTINE & PHILLIP KENNY

"This was our first time using a travel company and we are so happy that we did! Exploration Journeys worked with us to craft an itinerary with a great mix of activities from Trekking in the snowy mountains to a cooking class and wine tasting.

When we asked to include a private bird guide for a morning and a day trip to Colonia, they made the arrangements and found fantastic guides for us. When we said we wanted to visit the Hummingbird Garden and the Plastic Bottle House in Iguazu, they helped us figure out how to work it into our day. When our flight was cancelled and then cancelled again, they found us a flight on a different airline and rescheduled the tour we missed due to the delay. Any question we had was answered promptly and graciously and I always felt like we had someone looking out for us.

While we visited so many spectacular spots and loved the steak and the Malbec and the Mate, there is still so much more of Argentina to see. When we return we will definitely ask Fred and John at Exploration Journeys to help us plan our trip.

Thanks again for making sure we had such a great trip!"

Witness the Unique Power & Might of the Iguazu Falls from the Argentine Side (private tour)

Walk into the roar of Iguazu Falls, where rainforest boardwalks bring you close to an immense wall of falling water. Nearly twice as tall as Niagara and almost three times as wide, the falls reportedly moved Eleanor Roosevelt to exclaim, “Poor Niagara!”

A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, Iguazu is a natural spectacle worthy of its worldwide acclaim.

Its 275 waterfalls can unleash almost 3.5 million gallons (13 million liters) per second—enough to fill five Olympic swimming pools.

Around the falls, the Atlantic rainforest shelters more than 2,000 plant species, about 400 bird species and 80 kinds of mammals—a living world that makes the setting as remarkable as the waterfalls.
